What Can You Control?

At this moment in time, everyone is getting affected.


Mentally, emotionally and physically.


We miss seeing our family, Lia does too.


And we miss seeing our day to day clients, interacting and doing normal stuff.
It can chip away at your mental health..
Particularly if you spend too much time on social media, or watching the news….


Anxiety, fear and worry can take over your thought patterns. And when that happens, your physical body can start to get affected.
Poor food choices, alcohol, lack of movement…
They all add up, and they all diminish your mental health.


We have found ourselves recently eating and snacking on poor choices out of boredom, and maybe a little bit of panic…
And our exercise regime hasn’t been great…


Although the current times don’t allow us much freedom in terms of who we can see and where we can go, it’s not the end of the world.
We can still have structure in our day.


Exercise regularly.
Choose what we spend our spare time doing.
And eat proper food most of the time, which in turn will have a positive effect on how we feel.
We have more control then most of us think.


Many people will come out the other side of this in better physical and mental health.

We are going to make sure that we are in that group.
We continue to serve our clients in the best way possible.
And we have now created the Inspirit Better Together Program

What the program includes


Home workouts.


Bodyweight workouts, cardio exercises and programs for those who have some equipment (bands, kettlebells, dumbbells). Sessions can be done in 15 minutes or less and are suitable for all fitness levels. There will be workouts that are suitable to do with children too.


Nutrition and lifestyle habits


Delivered weekly. The habits will help people have more energy, lose weight, increase strength and improve all aspects of health.


Meal ideas & recipes


The meal ideas will be ideal for all of the family. All recipes and meal suggestions will improve energy, aid fat loss and general health.
Mindset and stress-reduction exercises.


We are providing you with the tools to stay positive, upbeat and strong during uncertain times.

Daily support from your coaches, Jonny & Ve.


The private Facebook group will provide the workouts, recipes, educational posts as well as weekly live Q & A sessions.


The group is the platform for us all to share feedback from the workouts as well as meal ideas. Accountability and support is a vital feature of this program.
