Casa Gaivota is a large Algarvian townhouse built into the hillside with all the comforts of home and outstanding ocean views close to the village of Luz offering golden beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants. Fully fitted accommodation and luxury kitchen.

Casa Oleander is located in Porto Dona Maria, between the towns of Burgau and Praia da Luz on the Algarve coast, just a one-hour drive from Faro airport. It is positioned in a reserved coastal area which affords breath taking views over the Luz bay. The villa offers luxury and seclusion in the beautiful surroundings of the ocean and Carvalhal National Park.
LIVING AND DINING AREA
After a day enjoying this magnificent corner of Portugal, throw open the full aspect patio doors from the open plan living room and dining room or enjoy the incredible views from the vantage point of the roof terrace. There is a second living room on the lower level fully equipped with Sky TV inclusive of all sports channels, LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The fusion of stylish interiors and luxurious fittings create the perfect environment to relax and unwind.
BEDROOMS
There are four en-suite twinned bedrooms two on the upper level and two on the lower level of the property. Each room is spacious and tastefully decorated to a high standard. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and Air Conditioning (hot and cold) throughout. Each room has secure, lockable access. Single supplement is available on request.
BATHROOMS
There is a bathroom available on the entry level and each bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities, which includes toilet, sink and shower. Each bathroom has secure, lockable access.
KITCHEN AND UTILITY
The kitchen can be open plan or closed off using the glass sliding doors and is stunning in black and white with black granite work surfaces. It is fully equipped to the highest standard with AEG appliances and also has doors leading off to a small decked area next to the pool. Nutritious and fulfilling meals will be prepared for you by our exceptional caterers to enjoy at the villa. All meals at the villa and on-bike nutrition are inclusive. We offer a regular laundry service.
POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS
Casa Oleander has magnificent panoramic sea views. The large enclosed garden has been tastefully landscaped and allows views out to the famous black rock of Praia da Luz. There is also a roof terrace which again affords uninterrupted sea views along the coast to the bay of Praia da Luz and out to the vast Atlantic Ocean.
GAIVOTA – A RELAXING STAY WHERE TRANQUILITY REIGNS
A peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home. Built into the hillside, the spacious social areas offer excellent facilities and stunning sea views. Patio doors lead from the living room onto the balcony, which runs the full length of the property, ideal for al fresco dining. Private heated pool and loungers offer the perfect place to rest after an exhilarating day on the bike. Each day the villa is fully serviced and cleaned.

POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS
Casa Gaivota enjoys over 3,000 hours of sunshine each year with temperatures averaging between 17-19°C. The villa has some truly exceptional and private outdoor spaces to enjoy the panoramic ocean views. A unique feature is the upper roof terrace where the vista can be fully appreciated. Adjoining from the living room through large patio doors is the balcony that runs the full length of the property. The balcony is the ideal place to host enjoyable post-ride al fresco dining. For further relaxation and to enjoy the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, the large private pool is heated all year round and furnished with comfortable sun loungers.
