FITNESS ACTIVITIES
Personalised, tailor-made fitness activities that take into account your personal goals, lifestyle and medical history. This highly customised experience will start prior to your arrival as our coaches create a programme that helps you achieve your personal outcomes during and after your stay. In addition to the activities below there are further options available on request such as cycling available to include in your experience – you will be supported all the way.
Morning mobility
A great, short intense full body mobility routine on the roof terrace at the Villa. This is designed to wake up your body and switch on your core so that you are ready for the day. You will feel energised and ready for the day’s activities after the morning mobility.
Core blast
A 15-20 minute core focused session done on the roof of the Villa. The sessions will start with breathing patterns and drills to switch your core on so that you can get the most out of your workout. Short, intense intervals will provide your core and cardiovascular system with a great challenge!
Fat loss hill sprints
Designed by our personal fitness coaches specifically to elevate your fat burning hormones and give your metabolism a real boost! Each set of hill sprints will be designed specifically for you and your current fitness level. Expect challenging, short and intense workouts with amazing weight loss benefits.
Strength & body conditioning
A combination of body-weight, dumbbell, kettlebell and high intensity combinations will give your fat burning hormones a big boost. The session is focused on large body movements as well as high intensity cardio conditioning workouts. This 45-minute session will be tailored to your fitness levels and your specific goals. Expect fat loss and muscle toning from these fun and challenging sessions.
Semi private gym session
After a short mobility routine and warm up drill, your personal fitness coach will go through a series of exercises and workouts that are specific to your goals. Fat loss, muscle toning, strength work and cardiovascular fitness can all be covered in these bespoke sessions.
Your personal fitness coach will go through your workout plan so that you know exactly what you need to do beyond the retreat to continue to see amazing results and progress with all of your health related goals.
Yoga
We begin and end most days with a simple routine that will introduce breathing techniques and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored. We have a programme of routines available to energise, relax, and strengthen. No prior Yoga experience is necessary; we only require a team spirit, a sense of fun and a smile.

We ask that you are entirely transparent and honest when asked about your fitness so that we provide you with the best possible experience, this also allows for greater enjoyment and safety.
You do not need anything more than a fair level of fitness to take part but a sense of adventure and a positive attitude are very important. We work around your goals, we meet you where you are now and support you in what you are hoping to achieve. It is important to us that you improve all aspects of you health, fitness and wellbeing.
